Approvals
How an agent asks before anything leaves your server.
By default an agent asks before it does something that leaves the server or changes something outside it: sending an e-mail, creating a calendar event, writing to a connected service. The question arrives as an approval card with everything the agent would do.
Where you decide
- In the conversation where it was asked: web chat, Slack or Telegram.
- In Waiting on you, a console page that lists every open approval from every conversation, with the full detail and the buttons to decide.
A message an agent sends on its own that needs your decision, such as a proposal to file something in your CRM, can arrive in your web chat inbox as the facts plus a Reply. The approval card then appears in that chat and under Waiting on you.
How much an agent may do alone
Each agent and each capability has a level: acts on its own, asks first, or never. You set it in the console, and a change reaches the agent at its next action. Some actions always ask, whatever the level: moving money, deleting data, contacting someone for the first time, publishing, and an agent changing its own autonomy.
The page records permission checks, not whether an action was delivered; the original conversation shows the result.
